	Maple and Pecan tart One of my favourites, a rich filling bursting with pecans, baked in a rich butter pastry case.
Bakewell Tart An all butter rich almond filling, on a rich all butter shortbread base, layered with raspberry conserve, and topped with flaked almonds.
	Millionaires Shortbread This should be a billionaire’s shortbread, a rich all butter shortbread base, covered in our homemade caramel, topped off with Belgium chocolate, awesome!
